This hotel is a little gem in the heart of the action. It offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms in good condition. I loved the small balcony overlooking the garden, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The location couldn't be better, as it is very close to both the old town and the center, making it convenient to explore everything Budva has to offer.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even letting me check in early and leave my bags after check out. The location is great, just a short walk from the old town and close to the bus stop for nearby beaches. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. I also appreciated the gated area for added security.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellent airport shuttle service and friendly hosts made my arrival at this guesthouse very smooth. The room was kept very clean and had good amenities such as A/C, TV and internet that were all in good working order. The location was superb being in close proximity to key tourist attractions and the beach. the free fruits provided by the hosts were a nice touch.

The room I stayed in felt quite small for three people and could get cramped. Nevertheless, it provided good value for money and I had a decent stay overall.

Excellent bed, enjoyable balcony, short walk to everything, secluded and quiet, warm and accommodating family, daily bed sheets and towel changes.

Its location is absolutely perfect, just outside the old town and very close to all the attractions. We loved being able to walk to the beach and explore the historic streets within minutes. The rooms were in good condition, with a small balcony to enjoy the views. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the daily towel changes. The breakfast served in the morning was a delightful way to start the day.

What an amazing Easter experience! the rooms were clean and cozy, with beautiful views from the balcony- perfect to see the sunrise. the host was so kind and accommodating, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Plus, the location was superb- just a short walk to the beach and old town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. What a joy to wake up and head for a swim, and then come back to our home away from home.

Although the shower was a bit narrow, everything else was so wonderful that it was just a minor issue. the noise level was a bit high during peak hours, but that's to be expected in such a key location.
